Job Description
Support and maintain SAP HCM Payroll systems including payroll execution, reconciliation, reporting and statutory compliance activities. Assist in handling employee master data, payroll inputs, validations and enhancements. Collaborate with HR and finance teams for requirement gathering and payroll process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, MCA or related discipline with 1-2 years SAP HCM Payroll experience. Knowledge of PA, OM, Payroll processing, schemas, PCRs, wage types, PF, ESI, TDS and payroll compliance. Strong analytical and communication skills preferred.
