SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Support and maintain SAP HCM Payroll modules for India and Global Payroll environments. Assist payroll processing activities, manage employee master data, perform validations, payroll reconciliation, reporting, statutory compliance, payroll execution, time management integration, issue resolution, and month-end payroll support activities.

Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, statutory compliance including PF, ESI and TDS, payroll processing lifecycle, reconciliation, testing, and HR-finance coordination. Strong analytical and communication skills required.
