Job Requirements :. 4-9 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with a focus on SAP HCM implementation and support. Strong understanding of UK-specific regulations regarding employment law (e.g., National Minimum Wage Act) and taxation (e.g., Income Tax). Proficiency in configuring SAP HCM modules including Payroll (UK), Benefits Administration (UK), Time Management (UK). Experience working with large datasets and ability to analyze complex problems.
