Job Title: Sap Hcm Functional Consultant Company: Tekskills Job Category: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description: Key Responsibilities: * Configure, support, and troubleshoot SAP HCM modules, including PA, OM, Time Management, and Indian Payroll. * Understand HR business processes and Indian statutory payroll requirements. * Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and developments. * Work on integration points between SAP HCM and other SAP modules. * Support AMS operations, incident resolution, and implementation activities. * Troubleshoot SAP HCM functional issues and provide solutions independently. * Work on SAP SuccessFactors\-to\-SAP HCM employee data replication and CPI integration scenarios. * Interact with clients, gather requirements, and provide regular updates. * SAP HCM AMS/support projects or implementation projects. * Integration with other SAP modules. * Independent issue analysis and resolution. Work Location: Mumbai, India Availability: Full time

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Work from Office, 5 days a week Experience: 3 years Work Mode: Onsite * 4–6 years of hands\-on SAP HCM experience. * Strong knowledge of PA, OM, Time Management, and Indian Payroll. * Experience with SAP SuccessFactors replication and CPI integrations. * Knowledge of HR processes and Indian payroll statutory requirements. * Experience in functional specifications and functional\-technical coordination. * Excellent communication and client\-facing skills.
