The consultant will handle Organization Management, Personnel Administration, and partial Payroll support, along with managing integrations with external systems. Key Responsibilities: 1\. Organization Management (OM) * Configure OM objects and infotypes. * Act as a functional consultant for OM\-related developments. * Manage integrations of OM data with third\-party systems. * Configure Personnel Areas, Subareas, and country\-specific settings. * Handle ad\-hoc queries and reporting configurations. * Provide functional support for PA processes. 3\. Payroll (Partial Support) * Maintain pay periods (US). * Configure wage types and work schedules across countries. * Support integrations such as Xceleration, Data Warehouse (DW) interfaces, etc. * Monitor and support SAP Taleo integrations via Staffeto. * Ensure smooth data flow and troubleshoot integration issues.
