SAP HCM - Functional Consultant

The SAP HCM Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementation, customization, and support of SAP HCM modules including Time Management, ESS/MSS, Personnel Administration, Organization Management, and Workflows. The consultant should have sound knowledge in SAP HCM, preferably with Australia and New Zealand payroll experience. The role involves resolving incidents and service requests through ticketing systems, working on business improvement and change requests, knowledge of interfaces and ABAP functionality, and basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors. The consultant will also prepare Functional Specifications, Test Plans, and Test Scripts while supporting cross-functional teams.

3-5 years of SAP HCM experience with expertise in Time Management, ESS/MSS, PA, OM, and workflows. Minimum 2 project support experience required. Australia/New Zealand payroll knowledge preferred. Experience with JIRA and Agile framework. Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate qualification.
