SAP HCM Freelancer

Roles and Responsibilities :. Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM solutions for clients across various industries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized HR processes using SAP HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, etc. Provide technical guidance on SAP HCM configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support to ensure successful project delivery. Job Requirements :. 7-20 years of experience in implementing SAP HCM projects from end-to-end. Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules including Payroll (PA), Benefits (BP), Time Management (TM), Compensation & Recruiting (HRM). Experience working with Freelancers/Consultants is an added advantage. Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
