Job Description
Facilitate implementation and support of SAP HCM solutions by analyzing business requirements, configuring modules, performing testing, deployment and post go-live support. Participate in requirements gathering, planning, application design and customer workshops while ensuring delivery of scalable SAP HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years SAP HCM experience with at least one end-to-end implementation. Strong understanding of SAP HCM architecture, HR processes, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate methodology and Solution Manager. Excellent client-facing, analytical and communication skills required.
