Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of working experience with SAP SuccessFactors, of which at least 2 years with HR Systems for Talent Management onboarding, in a functional or business consulting role
Strong, client facing, consulting experience
Experience in HCM and HR processes
Strong project and change management knowledge and experience
Good understanding of full SAP SuccessFactors suite in implementation projects
Graduate degree is desired (BA or higher)
Strong communication and presentation skills
