Job Description
Configure and manage SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integrations. Design Employee Central solutions, create mapping sheets, develop integration logic and support HR transformation projects. Work with HR stakeholders and technical teams to implement scalable HR processes and ensure seamless integration with payroll and downstream systems.
Requirements
Strong experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central. Expertise in BIB configuration, Employee Central components, workflows, business rules, data models and integration with SAP ECC and S/4HANA. Ability to manage global HR implementations and integration projects.
