The SAP HCM Functional Consultant will analyze business requirements and configure SAP HCM modules including OM,PA,Payroll,Time Management,and ESS/MSS. Responsibilities include maintaining Time Schemas and PCRs,configuring work schedules and holiday calendars,supporting UAT,and preparing functional specifications for ABAP developments.
Requirements
Candidates should possess strong SAP HCM implementation and configuration experience with expertise in Time Management,PA,and OM modules. Knowledge of payroll concepts,Time Schema,and PCR development is preferred.
