SAP HCM - BIB

Configure and manage SAP BIB for SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integration. Handle bidirectional interfaces for employee data replication and migration, create mapping sheets, develop integration logic, coordinate with ABAP and functional teams, and support end-to-end delivery. Lead implementation of Employee Central modules including Foundation Objects, Position Management, Workflows, MDF, Business Rules, Time Off, Global Assignments, and HR integration initiatives.

Strong experience in SAP BIB configuration, SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP HCM integration, Employee Central Payroll integration, business requirement gathering, HR process transformation, and enterprise HR solution implementation. Ability to lead global HR projects and collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams.
