1. Should have 10+ years exp.
2. Primarily we need someone with hard core experience on SAP HCM Time Management (+ve) (Time Configurations especially Rules and Schema)
3. Min 3 4 E2E implementation experience on SAP HCM +TM, Payroll and PA/OM.
4. Also worked on Data conversion in HCM.
5. Should have knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central

6. Have basic understanding of SAP UI5
7. Should have experience in preparing Functional specs, User exits, Functional modules and be able to work with Technical teams to replicate the issue and help in debugging.
8. Candidate must possess good communication skills and should be able to work as a Lead coordinating the activities.Roles and Responsibilities
