Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :. Provide technical support to SAP ECC users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for SAP ECC configurations, procedures, and best practices. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical production systems.
Requirements
Job Requirements :. Strong in SAP Basics, S4 Hana additional advantage. Business discussion and tools what they are using (JIRA / Confluence / Service Now..). Worked on FIORIs. Configured E2E business use cases (Intergrations mostly with other teams & Non-ERP systems). Currently part of ECC & HANA projects and working in Support or doing some developments. Command in their work area
