SAP Solution Architect

Job Title: SAP Solution Architect Company: Tech Mahindra SAP Module: SAP BASIS Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description We are looking for an experienced Principal SAP Solution Architect with 2-3 years of experience in SAP solutions, architecture, and enterprise transformation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in Finance, Controlling, Master Data, and exposure to technical capabilities such as SAP Fiori and SAP BTP. The role involves leading end-to-end solution architecture, supporting pre-sales activities, translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, and driving successful solution delivery. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architecture, covering Finance, Controlling, Master Data, and relevant technical capabilities. - Design scalable SAP solutions, including implementation strategies, resource planning, integration approaches, and delivery roadmaps. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, client teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and delivery leadership. - Support SAP practice building, capability development, knowledge sharing, and solution innovation. - Manage stakeholder expectations, identify solution risks, and drive continuous improvement throughout the sales-to-delivery lifecycle. - Expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling, with a sound understanding of master data management. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Analyze client business requirements, RFPs, and project complexities to define appropriate solution approaches and architecture.
