Job Title: SAP HANA Consultant Company: Javin Global Job Category: SAP ABAP Roles & Responsibilities: Key responsibilities * Build and present an end-to-end demo of standard S/4HANA EHS on the client's dev/quality system, using one or two document types with sample data. * Run requirement workshops with the client's environment and safety lead and IT team. * Do a fit-gap of standard EHS against client needs and recommend standard vs. custom options with effort estimates. * Configure EHS Incident Management: incident, near-miss and safety observation recording, investigation, root cause and CAPA. * Configure EHS Risk Assessment: risk register, hazard identification, job hazard analysis, control measures and safety criteria. * Set up Environment Management where in scope: emissions, waste and compliance scenarios. * Set up the location structure for the head office and three manufacturing plants, with room for two future plants. * Define document types, workflows, notifications and approvals, using BRF+ where needed. * Specify reports and analytics, including Fiori apps and KPIs for management. * Write functional specs for any custom developments and work with ABAP/BTP developers. * Prepare test scripts and support SIT and UAT, then cutover and go-live. * Train key users and prepare user guides and configuration documents. * 8–10 years in SAP, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA EHS implementations (embedded EHS, not only legacy EH&S) * Hands-on configuration of Incident Management and Health & Safety Risk Assessment (the risk register, hazards and control measures) * Working knowledge of Environment Management and Management of Change * Ability to build a solution demo quickly from a standard system * Experience with EHS master data: locations, agents, hazards, and the people and roles involved * Familiarity with Fiori apps, workflows and BRF+ for EHS * Integration knowledge with PM (Plant Maintenance), MM, QM and HR/SuccessFactors for people data * Experience in a pharma, chemicals or other regulated manufacturing setting * Understanding of safety and environmental standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and OSHA-style reporting Work Location: Remote Work Location: Remote, India Availability: Full time

Required skills and experience Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or a related field * SAP EHS certification preferred * NEBOSH, IOSH or similar safety certification is a plus * Work on a greenfield S/4HANA EHS rollout with a clear, near-term delivery target * Chance to extend into further SAP work with the same client * Competitive pay, based on experience Experience: Key Skills: SAP HANA Salary: INR 110000 - 150000 per monthly
