SAP ABAP Technical Consultant - SD/CO/FI

This SAP ABAP Technical Consultant role at Benovymed Healthcare, based in Delhi/NCR, is organized around three core functional areas: Sales & Distribution, Controlling, and Financial Accounting. You will develop and maintain ABAP programs that directly support SD, CO, and FI processes, building and enhancing Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, and BDCs as business requirements evolve. Output-layer work includes SmartForms and SAP Scripts, while integration responsibilities cover IDOCs, ALE, RFC, and Web Services connecting SAP to third-party applications. On the newer technology side, you will also build CDS Views, AMDP procedures, and OData services within an S/4HANA landscape. Performance tuning is an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-off task, since the SD/CO/FI processes this team supports run at meaningful transaction volumes.

This position requires 3-8 years of SAP ABAP experience with demonstrated work specifically within SD, CO, or FI modules, since the consultant needs to understand the business logic behind the code rather than develop objects in isolation. Practical experience building BAPIs, BADIs, BDCs, and classic RICEF objects is required, alongside SmartForms/SAP Scripts for document output. Integration experience with IDOCs, ALE, RFC, and Web Services is essential given the third-party integration scope mentioned. Exposure to CDS Views, AMDP, and OData within S/4HANA is expected, as the team is actively modernizing parts of the legacy codebase.
