Job Title: SAP Functional Lead (Part Time) 100% Remote Company: VGreen Technology Solutions (VGreenTEK) Job Category: SAP ABAP Roles & Responsibilities: SAP Functional Lead Job Description SAP Functional Lead (Solution Architect \- Track) We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Lead who is ready to transition into a Solution Architect role. This position is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in one or more SAP functional modules and a strong understanding of end\-to\-end business processes across the SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be capable of driving cross\-functional solution design, leading business and technical discussions, and delivering scalable, integrated SAP solutions. Rather than focusing on a single module, you will play a key role in designing enterprise\-wide solutions that align with business objectives and SAP best practices. Key Responsibilities * Lead business process discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. * Design end\-to\-end business solutions across multiple SAP functional domains. * Drive solution architecture discussions with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams. * Lead functional design activities for SAP implementations, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives. * Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and external enterprise applications. * Review solution designs for scalability, maintainability, and alignment with SAP best practices. * Provide functional leadership during project execution, testing, deployment, and hypercare support. * Collaborate with ABAP, Integration, Basis, and technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, reports, workflows, and integrations. * Mentor functional consultants and provide guidance on solution design and best practices. * Participate in solution estimation, architecture reviews, project planning, and technical governance. * Evaluate SAP S/4HANA innovations, emerging SAP technologies, and industry best practices for customer adoption. * Support pre\-sales initiatives by contributing to solution design, effort estimation, proposal development, and client presentations when required. Experience: 10\-15 Years Required Skills \& Experience Preferred Qualifications * Exposure to SAP Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture practices. * Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration programs. * Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Cloud solutions is an added advantage. * Experience across industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, or other enterprise environments. * SAP Certification(s) are preferred but not mandatory.
