Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of SAP CRM applications. Preferred candidate profile. At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms. Excelling in business process consulting and improvement. Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM. Utilizing analytical thinking to identify system interactions.
