Job Title: SAP FICO Functional Consultant || 6 Year+ || Mumbai || Only Immediate Joiner Company: Innova ESI SAP Module: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description – SAP FICO Consultant Role: SAP FICO Consultant We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 3 years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The candidate will be responsible for SAP FICO implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement activities, ensuring seamless financial processes and integration with other SAP modules. Key Responsibilities * Configure and support SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting. * Configure SAP CO components, including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing. * Handle end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. * Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications. * Work on integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP. * Support month-end and year-end closing activities, financial reporting, and reconciliation. * Troubleshoot SAP FICO issues and provide root-cause analysis and solutions. * Manage incident resolution, change requests, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). * Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and end-user training materials. * Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other functional consultants. * Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal controls, and applicable statutory requirements. * 3 years of experience in SAP FICO. * Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO configuration and business processes. * Experience in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting. * Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, SD, and PP. * Experience in support, implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects. * Understanding of financial accounting, controlling, taxation, and period-end closing. * Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience: 3 years Preferred Qualifications * Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is an advantage. * Knowledge of Fiori applications and Universal Journal (ACDOCA). * Experience in manufacturing or multinational corporate environments. * Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other applicable Indian statutory requirements. * Experience working with global finance teams and multiple company codes.
