Job Description – Account Executive
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain day\-to\-day accounting transactions and financial records.
* Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, and billing.
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Perform bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
* Handle GST, TDS, and other accounting\-related documentation.
* Maintain ledger accounts and assist in monthly closing activities.
* Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
* Generate financial reports and maintain proper documentation.
* Work on SAP software for accounting entries and financial operations.

Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented Account Executive with a 1-3 years of experience in the Packaging or Manufacturing industry. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting operations, GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic SAP operations.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
* Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
* 1-3 years of experience in the Packaging or Manufacturing sector.
* Basic to good working knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
* Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting processes.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
Salary \& Benefits
* Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
