SAP FICO Consultant

This SAP FICO Consultant role at SIMHO HR - Manufacturing involves supporting SAP FICO modules, possessing consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP FICO technology into the business environment. You will be responsible for achieving expected business results through effective integration and support of SAP FICO modules. Daily responsibilities include working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FICO with other SAP modules, providing technical support and guidance to business users, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires working from office with 6 days a week (alternate Saturdays off) based in Hosur. The team also values individuals who can adapt quickly to new tools and evolving business requirements.

The ideal candidate must have 3-6 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting and solution expertise. Diploma in any specialization is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role.
