SAP FICO Consultant

This SAP FICO Consultant role at Mobolutions, based in Chennai's Perungudi area, covers the full lifecycle of FICO configuration and support with particular depth in Controlling alongside standard Finance modules. You will configure and support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and CO, extending into EBS (Enterprise Business Systems) and PMW (Project and Milestone Workflow) integration points that go beyond typical FICO scope. Bank accounting configuration and data migration work round out the technical responsibilities. Functional specifications following the WRICEF framework are a core deliverable when custom development is needed, requiring clear, structured documentation for the ABAP team to build against.

Candidates need 3-7 years of SAP FICO experience with specific, hands-on exposure to CO alongside standard GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting work. Practical EBS and PMW integration experience is required, which is somewhat less common than standard FI/CO knowledge and likely to differentiate candidates during screening. Bank accounting configuration and data migration experience are essential, along with the ability to write clear WRICEF-format functional specifications for the ABAP development team. Comfort supporting testing, cutover, and post-go-live production issue resolution is expected.
