Job Title: SAP Executive – Accounts / SAP PP Company: Butterfly Groups Job Category: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented SAP Executive to support day-to-day SAP operations, with a focus on the SAP PP (Production Planning) module. The candidate should have practical knowledge of SAP PP and be able to maintain accurate data, update production-related records, and coordinate with the accounts, stores, and production teams Assam required. Key Responsibilities * Work with the SAP PP module for production planning and related data entry. * Update and maintain production orders, material details, and production records in SAP. * Monitor production-related data and ensure accuracy of entries. * Coordinate with production and stores teams for material availability and inventory updates. * Maintain reports and documentation related to production activities. * Support SAP data reconciliation and resolve basic data discrepancies. * Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel. * Follow company procedures for SAP transactions and record maintenance. * Knowledge of the SAP PP (Production Planning) module is required. * Basic understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes. * Good data entry and documentation skills. * Basic MS Excel knowledge. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
