Job Title: Senior Planner I (Materials) Company: Sanmina SAP Module: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description Senior Planner I (Materials) Job Responsibilities * Assured materials are purchased per Sanmina’s end customers requirements. * Support the account team in meeting corporate targets by managing daily material requirements and ensuring 100% production uptime. * Monitor part availability and logistics tracking to prevent bottlenecks, ensuring the "right part is at the right place at the right time." * Managing E&O (Excess & Obsolescence) by identifying surplus early and utilizing data-driven insights to minimize financial waste. * Execute purchase orders in strict alignment with customer requirements, maintaining high data integrity within the ERP system. * Utilize AI-tools to automate routine reporting and identify supply risks before they impact production. * Actively identify manual "paper-trail" tasks that can be streamlined through automation or digital workflows. * Lead the resolution of critical supply chain issues and serve as a technical advisor to junior planners, empowering them through expert support on escalations and decision-making * Any other duties as assigned. Job Requirements * Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry or in related field is preferred. * Knowledge of MRP and RR (Kinaxis) and Oracle is preferred. * Knowledge of Materials Planning and Supply Chain is preferred. * Strong business acumen and analytical mind with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient in MS office applications.
