SAP EWM Consultant

Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant with a strong understanding of warehouse management processes and SAP EWM functionality. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of inbound, outbound, inventory, warehouse operations, and SAP EWM integration with other SAP modules.Key Responsibilities:Understand and support end-to-end SAP EWM warehouse processes.Work on Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse, and Inventory Management processes.Configure and support warehouse structures, storage types, storage sections, and storage bins.Work with Warehouse Tasks (WT), Warehouse Orders (WO), and Warehouse Requests.Support inbound processes such as ASN, Goods Receipt, Putaway, and Deconsolidation.Support outbound processes such as Picking, Packing, Staging, and Goods Issue.Work on Physical Inventory and stock management processes.Understand and support Warehouse Process Types (WPT) and determination settings.Work with Handling Units (HU) and packaging processes.Analyze and resolve functional issues reported by business users.Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and process documentation.Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.Coordinate with technical teams for reports, enhancements, interfaces, and forms.Support integration between SAP EWM and SAP MM, SD, and S/4HANA.Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

Strong understanding of SAP EWM concepts and warehouse processes.Understanding of Warehouse Structure and Storage Control.Knowledge of Warehouse Process Types (WPT).Basic understanding of EWM configuration.Familiarity with SAP transactions, Fiori applications, and SAP navigation.Understanding of EWM integration with MM and SD.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EWM.Exposure to Embedded EWM and/or Decentralized EWM.Knowledge of RF Framework / RF transactions.Understanding of Physical Inventory, Labor Management, Slotting, and Replenishment is an advantage.Exposure to PP-EWM integration is a plus.Knowledge of warehouse automation and third-party integration is an added advantage.Experience with real-time SAP EWM projects or SAP training systems is preferred.Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Engineering, IT, or a related field.SAP EWM certification/training will be an added advantage.Candidates with 0–3 years of SAP EWM experience can apply.Freshers with relevant SAP EWM training and practical project exposure are welcome.Strong willingness to learn and work on real-time warehouse requirements.Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
