SAP EWM Consultant

About the Role :We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP EWM Decentralized environments to lead L3 AMS support, enhancement, and warehouse process improvement activities.The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex production issues across inbound, outbound, internal warehouse operations, and inventory management. The role requires strong technical and functional knowledge of SAP EWM, integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA, and hands-on experience with CIF, qRFC, IDocs, and PPF.As a C2-level consultant, the candidate will independently manage support workstreams, drive client discussions and solutioning, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to delivery governance and capability-building activities.Key Responsibilities :Provide L3 AMS support for SAP EWM Decentralized environments.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues across:Configure and support SAP EWM business processes based on business requirements.Analyze recurring incidents and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes involving CIF, qRFC, IDocs, and PPF.Support integration between SAP EWM and SAP ERP/S/4HANA.Handle configuration changes, enhancements, and process improvements.Support Handling Unit Management, RF Framework, Wave Management, and Warehouse Monitor.Coordinate with SAP MM, SD, TM, QM, PP, Basis, and other cross-functional teams.Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities.Ensure incidents, problems, and changes are managed according to SLA and ITIL standards.Maintain proper documentation for incidents, solutions, configuration changes, and RCA.Participate in client meetings, governance calls, and delivery reviews.Independently lead EWM support workstreams and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams.Mentor and guide junior SAP EWM consultants.Contribute to solution estimations, delivery planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support presales, capability-building, and knowledge-sharing activities when required.

6+ years of SAP experience, with strong specialization in SAP EWM.Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM Decentralized.Excellent understanding of warehouse management processes and EWM configuration.Strong experience in L3 AMS / Production Support.Good knowledge of CIF, qRFC, IDoc, and PPF.Strong integration knowledge across SAP EWM and ERP/S/4HANA.Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.Ability to independently manage complex incidents and client escalations.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Experience mentoring junior consultants and leading support activities.Willingness to work in a client-facing and delivery-oriented environment.
