Job Title: SAP EWM Company: Classic Solutions Job Category: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description: * Strong SAP EWM functional expertise (5+ years) * Hands-on experience in: * Inbound Operations & Dock Appointment Scheduling * Outbound Operations, Staging & Dispatch * Cross-Docking * Material Movements & Replenishment * Internal Warehouse Movements * EWM Integration with ERP/S/4HANA and WAMAS * Experience with SAP EWM integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA. * Experience supporting integrations with WAMAS or other third-party WMS/logistics applications. * Experience in configuration, testing, incident management, and enhancements * Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills * Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and on-call support as required to support global operations Key Responsibilities * Configure and support SAP EWM business processes. * Resolve production issues and deliver enhancements. * Support EWM integrations with SAP and external warehouse/logistics applications. * Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements. * Support testing, deployments, and continuous process improvements. * Collaborate with onsite, offshore, and client teams. * Provide application support in a 24x7 global support model, including participation in rotational shifts, night-shift coverage, and planned on-call support * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve business-critical incidents within defined SLA timelines during assigned shifts Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kolkata, West Bengal Work Location: West Bengal, India Availability: Full time
