Experience level Requirements ---------------- * Education + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field. * SAP Business Analysis Experience + 0 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst working within SAP environments. * SAP Ecosystem Knowledge + Strong understanding of SAP business processes, application landscapes, and enterprise business workflows. * SAP Functional Expertise + Good knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and FI/CO modules and their integration points. * Requirements Engineering + Experience creating business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Business Process Analysis + Proven experience analyzing and improving end-to-end business processes and operational workflows. * SAP Implementations & Data Migration + Experience supporting SAP implementation projects, system enhancements, and data migration initiatives. * Agile Methodologies + Practical experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks. * Jira & Confluence + Proficiency using Jira and Confluence for requirements management, documentation, and Agile delivery. * Stakeholder & Communication Skills + Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions. * Cross-Functional Collaboration + Proven experience working with international cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical delivery teams.
