The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and configuring compensation plans, commission calculations, data integrations, and workflows while working closely with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities. Design, configure, and support SAP CallidusCloud ICM solutions. Gather business requirements and translate them into compensation plans, rules, and payout calculations. Configure compensation plans, quotas, commissions, territories, crediting, and workflows. Develop and maintain calculation logic, dashboards, reports, and compensation statements. Perform data integration with SAP and non-SAP systems using ETL and integration tools. Support UAT, production deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Collaborate with sales operations, finance, IT, and business stakeholders. Provide production support and resolve compensation-related issues. Required Skills. Strong hands-on experience with SAP CallidusCloud ICM. Expertise in compensation plan design, rule configuration, and commission calculations. Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and system integrations. Good understanding of sales compensation, incentive management, and finance processes. Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools. Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and deployment. Preferred Skills. SAP Commissions / SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management. SAP CPI or SAP Integration Suite.
