Job Description
This SAP BASIS Consultant role at Highbar Technocrat involves daily monitoring of SAP Systems, TR importing across landscape, System Start Stop Process, Profile Maintenance, and Implementation of s-notes Backbone Connectivity. You will perform SAP system Installation [Standard, Distributed High Availability], Installation and configuration of Solman 7.2 and Focused Run System. Daily responsibilities include User Administration Mass User Management, Roles and Authorization, Background Administration, STMS Configuration, E2E Fiori Installation and configuration setup (HUB/Embedded Deployments), HANA Administration, HANA Installation Revision Upgrades, HANA System Copy, SAP System Upgrade (SUM Tool), and DMO on ECC Systems to HANA. This position also involves supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to internal best-practice documentation, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of SAP Experience with at least 1 E2E implementation project handled independently. Graduate Engineering/Science/Commerce is required. SAP certification is desirable. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
