This role is critical in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our SAP systems, as well as managing migrations and upgrades effectively. Key Responsibilities: \- Administer and support SAP Basis environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems. \- Manage system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations. \- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation of SAP applications. \- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to implement best practices in SAP system management. \- Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT staff regarding SAP systems. \- Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
