SAP ATTP ABAP Lead Consultant

Job Title: SAP ATTP ABAP Lead Consultant Company: ITC Infotech Job Category: SAP ABAP Roles & Responsibilities: Are you an experienced SAP ABAP professional with deep expertise in SAP Advanced Track \& Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP) ? We are looking for a seasoned SAP ATTP ABAP Lead Consultant to lead global implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support engagements in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead technical design and ABAP development for SAP ATTP implementations, global rollouts, enhancements, and production support. * Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions for pharmaceutical serialization and track\-and\-trace processes. * Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and integration components. * Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, integration teams, and external partners to deliver end\-to\-end solutions. * Design and manage integrations between SAP ATTP, SAP ERP/S4HANA, packaging systems, warehouse systems, and external serialization platforms. * Drive technical delivery, effort estimations, development standards, code reviews, and technical documentation. * Troubleshoot complex production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable performance improvements. * Mentor and guide a team of 20\+ ABAP developers while coordinating activities across onshore and offshore teams. * Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical serialization regulations and industry best practices. ✅ 8\+ years of hands\-on experience in SAP ATTP ABAP implementations, rollouts, and support ✅ At least one end\-to\-end SAP ATTP lifecycle implementation covering: * Requirements Gathering * Solution Design * Development * Testing * Deployment * Hypercare \& Post\-Go\-Live Support * IDocs * RFCs * AIF * Interface Monitoring \& Traces * SAP and Non\-SAP System Integrations * Pharmaceutical industry serialization projects. * Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV), Change Control, and GxP documentation processes. * Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
