Required Qualifications & Skills * Experience: 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP development. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Technical Proficiency: * Core ABAP: Mastery of Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPS), ALV reporting, Dialog Programming (Module Pools), and Data Dictionary. * RICEFW: Proven experience in developing the full spectrum of RICEFW objects. * Interfaces: Strong experience with RFC, BAPI, IDoc, and ALE configuration and programming. * Enhancements: Expert knowledge of User Exits, Customer Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancement Framework. * Forms: Solid experience with at least two of the following: SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms. * S/4HANA Readiness: Hands-on development experience with CDS Views, AMDP, and OData Services is mandatory. * Performance: Strong understanding of ABAP performance analysis and tuning tools (e.g., SAT, ST12). * Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. * Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
