Role Description The SAP Analyst will be responsible for supporting and optimizing SAP systems and related business processes for TPSODL. This full\-time, on\-site role is based in Brahmapur and involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, configure SAP modules (with focus on SAP FICO), and ensure seamless system integration. Daily activities include analyzing business workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, preparing functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams, and performing system testing. The SAP Analyst will also handle issue resolution, data validation, and documentation, while providing user support and training as needed. The role requires close coordination with finance and operations teams to ensure that SAP solutions align with organizational goals and compliance standards. Qualifications * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose practical solutions. * Experience in understanding and mapping business processes, particularly within finance, operations, or utility sectors. * Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration and support, including core modules and related financial integrations. * Knowledge of system integration concepts and experience working with cross\-functional teams on SAP\-related projects. * Effective communication skills, including the ability to document requirements, present findings, and engage with stakeholders at different levels. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. * Prior experience as a SAP Analyst, SAP Consultant, or in a similar ERP\-focused role is preferred. * Familiarity with utility or energy sector processes, basic project management skills, and a willingness to work on\-site in Brahmapur.
