Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead business process workshops fit\-gap analysis and solution blueprint activities. Workshop Management Parts \& Inventory Management Recall Campaign Management Work closely with development teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Development Support Hypercare Support Support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and Proaxia VSS implementations. Technical \& Integration Support Debug SAP programs and collaborate with ABAP developers to resolve complex issues. Provide continuous support to business users and support teams. Production Support \& Continuous Improvement Provide L2/L3 support for Automotive Aftersales applications. Lead enhancement initiatives and continuous improvement programs. SAP Dealer Business Management (DBM) Service Management Parts Management Ability to analyze ABAP code and collaborate effectively with developers. Interface Monitoring SAP MM (Materials Management) Minimum 2\-3 end\-to\-end SAP implementations rollouts or upgrade projects. Workshop Monitoring Excellent stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities * Lead end to end technical solutioning for S4 HANA SAP Automotive platforms to ensure stable scalable and high performing applications that support core automotive business processes across markets. * Oversee configuration and enhancement of SAP Vehicle Management System to optimize vehicle lifecycle tracking pricing and delivery information for internal teams and external partners. * Provide deep technical guidance on SAP DBM After Sale modules to streamline service management spare parts handling and warranty processing for improved customer satisfaction. * Coordinate with IT business support teams to translate complex business requirements into robust SAP design specifications that reduce manual work and operational risk. * Collaborate with customer experience stakeholders to align digital journey touchpoints with SAP automotive capabilities enabling more consistent and proactive engagement across channels. * Drive high quality technical documentation including functional designs configuration guides and support runbooks to ensure long term maintainability of implemented solutions. * Perform detailed impact analysis and regression validation for change requests and upgrades within S4 HANA automotive landscapes to protect business continuity. * Execute root cause analysis for critical incidents in SAP Vehicle Management System and DBM After Sale to restore services quickly and prevent recurrence through targeted fixes. * Support integration activities between S4 HANA automotive modules and external systems such as dealer applications logistics platforms and financial tools for seamless data flow. * Mentor project team members on SAP automotive best practices and reusable components to improve delivery consistency and reduce implementation cycle time. * Coordinate hybrid work model collaboration using digital tools to maintain efficient communication and knowledge sharing across onsite and remote participants in the day shift. * Engage proactively with stakeholders to report progress key risks and mitigation plans ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives. * Continuously evaluate emerging SAP automotive features and industry trends to propose value driven enhancements that strengthen competitiveness and societal impact through safer and more efficient mobility solutions. Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Requirement Gathering Validate business requirements and ensure solution quality. Required Skills \& Experience Functional Expertise Minimum 5\+ years of SAP Automotive experience. Project Experience Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Proaxia VSS and SRS (Service Resource Scheduling). Experience in SAP S/4HANA Automotive transformations. SAP Certification in relevant modules preferred. Experience in Automotive Retail Dealership environments is highly desirable. Educational Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related discipline. SAP Certification(s) preferred. Qualifications * Possess five to nine years of hands on experience working as a technical lead or senior consultant within S4 HANA SAP Automotive environments delivering complex implementations. * Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP Vehicle Management System including configuration of vehicle master data order handling and status management for automotive enterprises. * Show proven experience with SAP DBM After Sale processes covering service reception job card management parts ordering and billing activities in automotive service networks. * Exhibit practical background in IT business support roles involving incident resolution change request delivery and stakeholder communication for mission critical systems. * Apply solid understanding of customer experience concepts such as journey mapping service responsiveness and digital touchpoint integration within SAP automotive ecosystems. * Utilize strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate technical issues design options and performance bottlenecks leading to timely and effective resolutions. * Communicate effectively in cross functional teams conveying complex SAP topics in an accessible manner and building trust with business and technology counterparts. * Adapt successfully to hybrid working arrangements demonstrating discipline autonomy and effective use of collaboration platforms during day shift assignments.
