SAP ABAP Trainer

This SAP ABAP Trainer role at Innovtech Solutions involves designing and delivering comprehensive ABAP training programs to clients. You will collaborate with clients on project requirements and objectives, and conduct hands‑on exercises using ABAP tools and technologies. The role includes creating training materials, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. You will stay updated with the latest ABAP and HANA developments to ensure training content is current. The position offers work‑from‑home flexibility and requires strong communication and teaching skills. The role also involves close collaboration with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. The developer will participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality, maintainable ABAP code.

The ideal candidate must have experience in SAP ABAP and ABAP on HANA. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred. Strong communication and teaching skills are essential. Any graduate degree is acceptable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional and offshore teams are expected. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant SAP certifications.
