SAP ABAP Professional

Design, develop, and implement enterprise SAP ABAP programs and business-critical SAP solutions for large-scale SAP environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify project priorities, gather technical requirements, and deliver efficient SAP ABAP applications aligned with organizational goals. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, coding standards documentation, testing reports, and implementation support documents for SAP projects. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP ABAP systems, S/4HANA implementations, custom enhancements, and integration challenges. Participate actively in peer code reviews, technical quality assurance, SAP implementation activities, and continuous process improvements. Mentor junior team members by providing technical training, SAP ABAP best practices guidance, and development support across enterprise SAP projects.

Candidate should have minimum 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development with strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming language and enterprise SAP applications. Experience in S/4HANA implementation, maintenance, technical troubleshooting, code optimization, SAP project delivery, and technical documentation management is mandatory. Candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, mentoring, and collaboration skills with the ability to work efficiently in enterprise-level SAP environments and implementation teams.
