SAP ABAP HR Developer S/4HANA HCM

Key Responsibilities. Design, develop, and support SAP S/4HANA HCM technical objects including enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and conversions. Develop and optimize ABAP objects in line with S/4HANA and Clean Core principles. Work with CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, and performance-optimized ABAP code. Support HCM integrations with SAP and third-party systems using OData, APIs, IDocs, and middleware. Configure and enhance SAP Fiori applications for HCM. Translate HR business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ensure adherence to SAP development, security, and authorization best practices. Perform SPDD and SPAU activities during S/4HANA conversion. Analyze ATC findings and optimize ABAP code for S/4HANA compatibility and performance. Must-Have Skills. SAP ABAP Development.
