SAP ABAP HCM Consultant

Develop, test and maintain ABAP solutions for SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management and Payroll. Design and implement custom developments, reports, interfaces, enhancements and forms. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders, conduct testing, troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance and maintain technical documentation throughout project lifecycles.

8+ years of SAP ABAP experience with strong specialization in SAP HCM modules. Deep knowledge of Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management and Payroll processes. Expertise in ABAP development, debugging, SAP GUI, Eclipse and SAP development tools required. Experience in custom development, testing, documentation and stakeholder collaboration is essential.
