SAP ABAP HCM Consultant

The SAP ABAP HCM Consultant will develop and implement SAP Human Capital Management solutions using ABAP programming. The role involves customizing SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll to meet specific business needs. The consultant will work with functional consultants and end-users to gather requirements, design solutions, develop and test custom code. Responsibilities include writing, testing, and debugging ABAP code, designing and implementing SAP HCM solutions, conducting unit testing and integration testing, providing technical support and troubleshooting, and creating technical documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

8+ years of SAP ABAP programming experience with expertise in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, Payroll). Strong proficiency in ABAP programming language and SAP development tools including Eclipse and SAP GUI. Any Graduate qualification.
