SAP ABAP HANA Developer

This SAP ABAP HANA Developer role at a Global MNC involves working on continuous improvements and enhancements, supporting key users and functional consultants on day‑to‑day issues, and managing new developments. You will work closely with functional consultants and business key users to meet established KPIs. The role requires strong technical knowledge in SAP ABAP development and Object‑Oriented Programming Concepts, with expertise in core ABAP (Reports, Interactive Reporting, IDoc, Interface) and good functional understanding of Utilities and SAP ABAP for HANA. The role also involves close collaboration with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. The developer will participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality, maintainable ABAP code.

The ideal candidate must be a BE graduate with strong technical skills in SAP ABAP development and OO concepts. Experience in core ABAP (Reports, IDoc, Interface) and SAP ABAP for HANA is required. Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint, effective communication skills, and ability to work independently with little supervision are essential. Any graduate degree is acceptable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional and offshore teams are expected.
