Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with functional analysts| developers and project managersEvaluate technical risks| identify gaps| and propose innovative and timely solutions. Develop and manage data migration plans and provide technical direction for data management frameworks. Ensure the security| compliance| and governance of SAP environments. Provide effort estimates| identify skill requirements| and manage deliverables to ensure projects are on time and within budget. Provide strategic guidance on future SAP growth| technology adoption (including cloud)| and modernization initiatives. Requirements10 years of experience with strong skills in core ABAP| including OOP| ALV| BAPI| BADI| ALE| and IDOCs. Experience with S4HANA migrations (brownfieldgreenfield)| building CDS views| and remediating ABAP to 7.4 and above. Experience with SAP integration technologies like CPI| PIPO| or SAP Integration Suite. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with AgileScrum methodologies. Familiarity with CICD pipelines| Infrastructure as Code| data modeling| debugging| and performance tuning are often required. Strong written and verbal communication to effectively document findings and present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.Understanding of the specific industry or business processes (e.g.| finance| insurance) to help develop relevant analytics solutions.
