SAP ABAP/BTP Technical Support

Role & responsibilities. Provide technical production support for SAP ABAP, BTP and S/4HANA environments. Handle incident management and service operations. Troubleshoot technical issues and perform Root Cause Analysis. Support technical support governance and operational excellence. Monitor system and application health. Work on proactive monitoring and problem management. Support performance optimization and system stability. Support release readiness and production changes. Drive automation and operational improvements. Implement observability and monitoring best practices. Develop and maintain operational runbooks and dashboards. Work with tools including:. SAP Cloud ALM. Dynatrace. Splunk. Support continuous improvement of production support processes.
