Your Role As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will drive hands\-on technical execution, code quality, and release management across a complex Salesforce ecosystem. You will partner with functional leads, scrum masters, and mixed onshore and offshore teams to deliver robust, high\-impact digital solutions. * Write custom Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) while setting high quality code standards across the engineering team. * Own DevOps and CI/CD deployment pipelines, conducting thorough code and PR reviews for offshore development hubs. * Build complex integrations and leverage industry cloud components using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. * Champion AI\-enabled development, using cutting\-edge tools like Cursor and Agentforce to elevate delivery speed and quality. * Translate complex technical architecture into plain, practical language for client stakeholders and team members.
