The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, ensure best practices, and collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver scalable and high\-quality solutions 7\+ years of hands\-on Salesforce development Key Responsibility : * Develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform using Apex, LWC, and integrations * Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance * Develop custom applications using: * Apex Classes, Triggers * Lightning Web Components (LWC) * Einstein \& Agent force * Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) * Optimize performance and ensure code quality through best practices * Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews * Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and admins * Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git\-based) * Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance standards Salesforce Platform Developer I \& II Work Location: Tamil Nadu, India Availability: Full time
