The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Loan Origination System (LOS) implementations. This role requires strong technical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver scalable and secure CRM solutions that align with business objectives. * Role: Salesforce Developer * Location: All Persistent Locations * Experience: 2-3 years * Job Type: Full-Time Employment * Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce. * Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions based on business and technical requirements. * Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and middleware platforms. * Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities. * Implement and support Loan Origination System (LOS) integrations and related business workflows. * Develop custom objects, custom tabs, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and automation solutions. * Create and maintain Salesforce Flows, Process Builder automations, and business process enhancements. * Design and implement role hierarchies, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security controls. * Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices. * Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution activities. * Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. * Support release planning, production deployments, and environment management activities. * Manage source code using Git, SVN, Odisha other version control systems. * Participate in release management and change management processes. * Maintain technical documentation including design documents, deployment guides, and support documentation. * Ensure compliance with Salesforce governance, security, privacy, and development standards. * 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce application development. * Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Apex development. * Experience developing user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Knowledge of Aura Components and Visualforce development. * Hands-on experience with Salesforce Integration Services using REST and SOAP APIs. * Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. * Experience developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation solutions. * Understanding of Salesforce security architecture including profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets. * Experience with Service Cloud Web Services and API integrations. * Knowledge of deployment processes, release management, and environment management. * Familiarity with Git, SVN, Odisha similar version control systems. * Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Experience working in Agile software development environments. * Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and Assam part of a cross-functional team.
