Job Description
This Senior Salesforce Field Service Technical Consultant role at Align Techne involves leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Field Service solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead discovery sessions and collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, perform business analysis, and design end-to-end FSL solutions including data models and architecture. Daily responsibilities include configuring FSL modules such as service territories, work types, scheduling policies, optimization, inventory, entitlements, and mobile flows, developing custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce, designing and implementing integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft, and managing data migration and modeling efforts.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation and development experience with significant focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL). Strong programming skills with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, HTML, JavaScript are required. Bachelor's degree in CS or related field is preferred. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role.
