Job Title: Salesforce Revenue Cloud QA- Sr. Associate Company: PwC Acceleration Center India Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud QA\- Sr. Associate you will support the testing of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions within our Advisory practice, helping validate pricing, quoting, billing, and revenue processes across the quote\-to\-cash lifecycle. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and mentor junior team members while deepening your technical skills and professional presence. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will assess system behavior, interpret business needs, and contribute to software release readiness for a range of client\-facing engagements. Responsibilities * Validating Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions through detailed QA planning, test case development, and defect tracking across quote to cash processes * Analyzing business requirements and translating them into test scenarios for pricing, quoting, billing, and revenue management functions * Executing functional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce applications and connected systems * Identifying process gaps, data issues, and configuration defects while documenting clear findings and recommendations * Supporting implementation activities by reviewing release scope, test readiness, and deployment impacts for recurring and consumption based revenue models * Collaborating with client stakeholders and project teams to clarify requirements, review results, and align testing activities to project objectives * Developing an understanding of Salesforce administration, Lightning functionality, and revenue cloud configurations to support issue resolution * Mentoring junior team members on testing methods, defect documentation, and client delivery expectations * Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems * At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role\-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications * Demonstrating analytical thinking and problem\-solving in Salesforce environments * Utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud for client solutions * Developing training materials and embracing change in technology projects * Implementing technology integration and enterprise software solutions * Excelling in communication and teamwork within client support engagements * Understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 * Experience in QA testing with Salesforce Revenue Cloud * Analyzing and interpreting business processes * Experience integrating data between systems * Exposure to Salesforce Admin certification * Supporting revenue Cloud\-related solutions * Identifying process enhancement opportunities * Collaborating with senior developers and consultants * Demonstrating Salesforce Revenue Cloud testing experience across quote\-to\-cash workflows * Applying test design skills for recurring and consumption\-based billing scenarios * Interpreting defects, data patterns, and release impacts for client delivery * Supporting client\-facing QA activities and mentoring junior team members Work Location: Bengaluru East, Karnataka, India Availability: Full time
