Required Qualifications * 4\+ years of Salesforce Release Management, DevOps, or deployment experience * Minimum 2\+ years of hands\-on experience with Copado * Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment lifecycle and metadata management * Experience with Copado pipelines, promotions, back\-promotions, and release orchestration * Experience resolving merge conflicts and metadata dependencies * Knowledge of branching strategies (Feature, Integration, UAT, Production) * Experience with Git\-based version control systems * Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps best practices * Experience configuring quality gates, automated testing, and deployment validations * Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) * Experience managing multi\-org Salesforce deployments and DevOps Center. * Experience integrating Jira with Copado * Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Certifications Key Skills: Salesforce Salary: $30
